Nashville, TN – September 18, 2024 – Council Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on investing in the healthcare sector, announced the hiring of Colette Edgar and Landon Klausing as the newest members of its Portfolio Value Creation team. In their roles as Associate Chiefs of Staff, they will be responsible for partnering with the firm’s portfolio companies to implement a variety of growth and operational best practices.

Colette joins the firm from McKinsey & Co. where she supported numerous healthcare clients through operational and strategic transformation projects. Landon joins the firm from Accenture where he was a member of the consulting firm’s strategy practice, specifically working alongside its private equity clients.
