Keaton brings a unique combination of leadership, discipline, and operational expertise to the firm. Prior to joining Council, he served as a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer, where he developed the strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills required to perform in high-stakes environments.
At Council Capital, Keaton will support portfolio operations and partner with leadership teams across the firm’s portfolio companies to help execute key strategic initiatives. His background in operational leadership and organizational management makes him a strong addition to the team.
