COUNCIL CAPITAL LAUNCHES NEW PODCAST SERIES, COUNCIL CONVERSATIONS

NASHVILLE, TN – June 14, 2022 – Council Capital, a healthcare investment firm that partners with small and medium-sized businesses, launched a podcast today. The series, Council Conversations, is hosted by Council Capital’s head of value creation and business development, Tim Schulte, who is joined by a variety of co-hosts and guests for conversations with patients, providers, operators, and investors. The goal of the series is to showcase different healthcare voices and perspectives in a way that enables listeners to learn from each other and to drive positive change in the healthcare industry.

The series is currently available on all major podcast platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon, and more.

“We’re excited to launch the podcast as a way to unpack many of the themes being discussed within the firm and at our portfolio companies,” says Tim Schulte. “Our hope is to have insightful conversations with our guests and to use the platform to spark conversations with new connections and business leaders.”

The series plans to touch on many topics, ranging from how primary care providers can transition from fee-for-service to value-based care to how large businesses can most effectively self-insure their employees. Today, the firm launches its first season, which will be co-hosted by board-certified behavior analyst and operating executive Christina Thornton and is a deep-dive into autism and applied behavioral analysis (ABA).

Interested listeners are encouraged to follow the series and to join the conversation. For more information about Council Capital, follow the firm on LinkedIn or visit the website.
